Our doctors carefully evaluates all the soft tissue factors and possible pain generators that are involved in a patient’s presentation. Symptoms are often times caused by hidden soft tissue triggers in the muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, or periosteum. The muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and periosteum all are affected by injury or overuse.
In order to achieve full recovery and function these soft tissue factors must be addressed. Once they are addressed then the joints these soft tissues attach to will be able to maintain improvement so that the patient doesn’t regress each time he or she returns to an active schedule.
